Faster and Easier Maintenance Reporting

We have partnered with Tapi to make life easier for tenants to report maintenance to us. Tenants can now either log a request via our website or through Facebook. A great wee app interacts with the tenant asking for details of the problem, giving them pictures of common problems, asking how serious the problem is and then letting them know the next steps we will take. It keeps the tenant and tradie or repair person updated with each new step right up to confirming the invoice.
