Whenever there was a need to make repairs she very adeptly liaised with ourselves, the tenant and the tradespeople selected for their efficiency and quality of work. This was carried out by Colleen in a highly professional manner and where appropriate sending us timely reminders of planned maintenance, for the benefit of both landlord and tenant.

She carried out regular and thorough inspections of our property and provided us with extremely detailed reports on the condition of the house, set out in room by room basis. This was particularly important to us we were unable to visit the property on a regular basis.

Colleen also supported her e-mailed reports with regular financial statements to give us a clear and ongoing picture of the income and expenditure for the property.
