Happy tenants tend to stay longer and take better care of the property. Every Home & Co tenant receives a gift pack when they collect their keys. We like to keep the packs local. A small token of thanks at inspections, such as lollies, are well received and often the thing tenants comment on. Some owners give their tenants a Christmas gift. If the tenant has had to put up with prolonged tradesmen or the house has been on the market for sale owners often give a grocery voucher, bottle of wine or even a week's free rent.

The best way to keep tenants happy is to have the property clean and tidy when they move in, respond to maintenance requests promptly and maintain good communication.
